First time?

The process of leasing or purchasing a modular building can be a bit daunting. But it doesn’t need to be that way. We will help you through the entire process with as much or as little help as you want. Together we will make your project go smoothly and do everything we can to eliminate “surprises”.

Leasing or buying a modular from us is as easy as calling or completing our Request a Quote form. We will walk you completely through the process. Here’s a simple scenario to give you an overview of the process.

Scenario: Business is flourishing and you need additional space with an ADA restroom for 20 people over the next three years. You need steps for one door and a ramp for the other. Additionally you want to anchor the modular for wind and seismic concerns. Skirting will enhance the appearance. You anticipate needing 4 private offices and a conference room. The rest of the modular will be filled with cubicles.

Recommendation: We recommend a 36x60 with an ADA restroom. Demountable, or moveable walls, will be used in the office locations you select. If your needs for offices change, we can add or subtract offices.

After completing the annoying paperwork, we will arrange a date with you to deliver the modulars. Following the delivery, our installation crew will arrive and begin the process of installing the units. They will install the anchoring system, connect the units and install the skirting. Ramps and steps will be placed and the interior details will be finished. The electrical and plumbing contractors will connect the modular to their sources. Within just a few days of delivery, the modular will be ready to occupy.

This is the simple version of acquiring a modular unit. Of course your site, permitting authorities, and a host of other things must be addressed. But these are all manageable and we will help you navigate these waters.
